Job summary

52TEN is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our Bryan, TX communities clean, safe, and well maintained. This hands-on role emphasizes groundskeeping, exterior appearance, and general upkeep across common areas and homesites, with outdoor work most days.

You’ll handle repairs, manage maintenance requests, assist with move-ins, and help ensure a great resident experience by staying organized, proactive, and responsive while coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic construction repairs.
• Experience with landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas to keep property clean, attractive, and safe.
• Perform routine groundskeeping: mowing, edging, weed control, and landscape tasks.
• Handle repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic construction.
• Prepare homes/sites for move-ins and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.
