  • Assist with capital improvement and property enhancement projects.
  • Monitor vendor work as needed to help ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Communicate regularly with the Community Manager regarding property conditions, maintenance needs, priorities, and completed work.
  • Help identify maintenance concerns before they become larger problems.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to support the community and provide a great experience for residents and team members.

  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills and a respectful, service‑oriented approach when interacting with residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, identify what needs attention, and adjust priorities as property needs arise.
