Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to lead our on-site maintenance team across our Richardson communities. You will own the maintenance workflow, supervise technicians, and ensure safety, reliability, and curb appeal are maintained for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendors, and driving high standards of service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• HVAC or Universal EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required; own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise maintenance work orders to keep community safe and functional.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and curb appeal standards.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through responsive service.
