Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, blending hands-on operations with strategic leadership to drive high-volume performance. You will own people, product, and profit on the floor, guiding a fast-paced team and delivering top-tier guest experiences daily.

This hands-on GM role requires visible leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage labor, food costs, and brand standards while maintaining exceptional service and safety.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience required—high-volume, fast- paced concepts strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, at the oven, on the register during peak periods.
• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards without compromise.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Review Profit & Loss statements; manage labor and food costs; drive sales through operational excellence.
