Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to set the pace. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls and drive brand standards with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires a high-energy, coachable operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, with proven experience running shifts and working stations as the main driver of success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, oven, register, or drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives while maintaining food safety standards.
• Monitor and improve speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders with hands-on coaching.
