Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands-on operator will be on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

The role demands high-energy, fast-paced leadership in a high-volume concept, with accountability for quality, service, and financial metrics while building a culture of presence and coaching on the floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage floor operations, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience coaching and developing team members on-shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor during shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Schedule and manage labor, inventory, and food cost while maintaining brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders on live shifts.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance with hands-on oversight.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and guest experiences.
