Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, coaching on-line, register, and drive-thru during every rush. You’ll drive speed, service, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

This role emphasizes visible leadership, daily shift presence, and maintaining food quality, safety, and operational excellence in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on restaurant management experience in fast-paced concepts.
• Proven ability to run shifts and lead from the floor.
• Strong focus on food quality, service, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on the line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations and ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security.
