Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and coaches the team through high-volume shifts. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, while working beside your team during every rush.

The role requires a hands-on operator who maintains brand standards, drives guest satisfaction, and mentors staff from shift to shift. A strong track record in fast-paced dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members — hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and floor leadership.
