Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This player‑coach will be on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working beside the team.

You will own people, product and profit within your four walls, standing next to your crew rather than from the office. We offer competitive pay with bonus opportunities, leadership coaching, career advancement, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including line, oven, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and customer satisfaction on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Analyze Profit & Loss statements; manage labor, food costs and controllable expenses.
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
