Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This player-coach role requires visible, on-line leadership during every rush, working alongside the team to set tempo, service speed, and quality on a fast-casual brand.

Responsabilidades

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, at the oven, and at the drive-thru during rush periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Analyze P&L statements and manage labor and food costs.
