Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be a player‑coach on line, register, and oven during every rush, setting the pace by working beside the team rather than observing from the office.

You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls while building a high‑tempo culture, coaching shifts, and ensuring top-tier guest experiences in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Hands-on, floor-focused leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while coaching on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside the team on line, oven, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction on the floor shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
