Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This high‑tempo role requires a player‑coach who works side‑by‑side with the team during every rush, on line, on register, and on the floor.

You will own people, product, and profit within the four walls and drive operations, coaching staff, and ensuring fast service, food safety, and brand standards. A hands‑on operator who thrives in chaos will fit this role.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• High-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred.
• Experience running shifts and working stations.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and floor leadership during peak periods.
• Ensure excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed‑of‑service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
