Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the tempo and working with the team to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires a hands-on operator who owns people, product, and profit while staying engaged with the team. A fast-paced environment with strong leadership potential awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during peak periods (make line, oven, register, drive-thru).
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction in real time on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
