Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk, acting as a player-coach during every rush. You will be on the line, on the register, and on the floor, setting the pace and working alongside the team.

You’ll own people, product, and profit within your four walls, driving guest satisfaction, quality, and speed while modeling hands-on leadership and a relentless floor presence.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience leading a restaurant shift and teams during rush periods.
• Ability to manage labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Strong guest service orientation and brand standards adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations, including line, oven, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction through real-time leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to meet targets.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across the restaurant.
