Key responsibilities include working shifts, managing operations, and driving speed of service while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• High-volume, fast-paced concepts preferred (QSR, diner/all-day service, or similar).
• Demonstrated track record of personally running shifts and working stations.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, systems, and operational initiatives while maintaining food safety.
