Qualifications

• Previous hotel management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Hilton/Hampton brand is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, payroll, revenue management, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations and ensure the property operates efficiently and professionally.
• Recruit, train, develop, schedule, and lead hotel team members.
• Maintain a positive work environment while holding employees accountable to company and brand standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements when necessary.
• Maintain Hampton by Hilton brand standards and prepare for brand inspections and QA evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, payroll, expenses, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
• Work with revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Communicate regularly with ownership regarding performance and priorities.
