HHM Hotels is seeking a General Manager for the Hampton Inn Washington DC to drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in the heart of the nation’s capital. You will lead daily operations across all departments and ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards.

You will mentor a diverse team, implement yield strategies to boost revenue, and uphold quality, safety, and service standards while maintaining a guest-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous hotel management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budget goals.
• Maintain rigorous Hilton brand standards and a culture of service excellence.
• Foster a high-performing, diverse team through leadership, mentorship, and clear accountability.
