Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk. This role requires player-coach leadership during every rush, owning people, product, and profit while working alongside the team.

You will personally work shifts, drive speed-of-service, and ensure brand standards, quality, and safety. The position emphasizes on-site leadership, labor and cost control, and people development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership on the floor during peak periods.
• Ability to coach and develop team members through live shifts.
• Demonstrated track record running shifts in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team on line, oven, register, or drive-thru.
• Lead all restaurant operations including quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Manage policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
