Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and shifts, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, systems, and operational initiatives on the floor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
