Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. You will be on the line, on the register, and on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team and owning people, product, and profit within your four walls.

You will recruit, coach, and develop team members while maintaining brand standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction. This is a high‑tempo, owner‑style GM role at Ayvaz Pizza LLC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team during rushes.
• Lead restaurant operations ensuring quality and brand standards.
• Manage labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Drive speed of service and guest satisfaction on the floor.
