Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party service providers and repair/maintenance programs.
• CMMS/work-order platform experience required; ServiceChannel experience a plus.
• Reading and interpreting construction documents, building plans, scopes of work, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage remodeling, repairs, and facility improvements.from planning to completion.
• Coordinate bidding, proposals, scheduling, and execution.
