Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Manager to support 22 restaurant locations. You will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot facility and equipment issues, and coordinate specialized services as needed to keep facilities safe and functional.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, basic carpentry and plumbing tasks, and maintaining records of repairs. Travel between locations is required to ensure timely support and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or restaurant maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and routine repairs at restaurant locations.
• Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Complete minor repairs to doors, hardware, fixtures, shelving, and other building components.
• Address routine plumbing-related maintenance, such as minor leaks and clogs, when appropriate.
• Perform basic carpentry, patching, painting, and other general facility work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain organized records of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate repair status and priorities to management.
