Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facility needs across eight restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, restaurant equipment, and building systems
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance when appropriate
• Respond quickly to emergency and time-sensitive repair needs
• Manage vendors and contractors while controlling costs and maintaining service quality
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure all facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Partner with restaurant leadership to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Continue developing technical expertise through vendor training and certification programs

Up to $110,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, equipment, and facility standards across eight restaurant locations.

This is not a desk job. We need a proactive problem-solver who understands restaurant facilities, can diagnose issues in the field, perform repairs when appropriate, manage outside vendors, and keep every location operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and facility needs across eight restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, restaurant equipment, and building systems
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance when appropriate
• Respond quickly to emergency and time-sensitive repair needs
• Manage vendors and contractors while controlling costs and maintaining service quality
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure all facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
