Job summary

Habit Burger Grill is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support repair, maintenance, and asset condition across the restaurant portfolio. The role focuses on managing ServiceChannel work orders, coordinating vendor activity, and ensuring brand standards are upheld across multiple sites.

In this hybrid role, you will develop expertise in Habit’s design standards and building systems, communicate with restaurant teams and service providers, and oversee preventative maintenance,

Qualifications

• Three or more years of facilities management, repair and maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and repair programs; CMMS experience required.
• RFMA/CRFP or similar certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities contact for assigned restaurants and ensure safe, functional facilities.
• Manage work orders, proposals, vendor communication, asset history, and invoices (ServiceChannel).
• Monitor open work orders, review scope, pricing, and business need.
• Coordinate remodeling, repairs, and facility improvements from planning through completion.
• Track budgets, schedules, change orders, risks, and invoices using project-management tools.
