Job summary

Fresquez Concessions Inc. is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team across restaurant, office, and facility locations.

You will actively perform tasks alongside the team, coordinate resources, and ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, respond to emergencies, manage budgets, and communicate with Restaurant Managers and Operations leadership to minimize downtime and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance leadership required across multiple sites.
• Experience with building systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facility operations for all locations.
• Work hands-on with the maintenance team on repairs and inspections.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prioritize work orders, monitor safety, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation, testing, and timely completion of tasks.
• Support restaurant openings, remodels, and equipment moves.
