Job summary

RiMUS is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, and facility standards across eight restaurant locations. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires diagnosing issues on-site and coordinating with vendors to keep operations running.

Candidates must have restaurant facilities and HVAC/refrigeration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a hands-on approach. Fluent Spanish is required, with driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facility needs across eight restaurant locations
• Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, restaurant equipment, and building systems
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance when appropriate
• Respond quickly to emergency and time-sensitive repair needs
• Manage vendors and contractors while controlling costs and maintaining service quality
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure all facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Partner with restaurant leadership to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Continue developing technical expertise through vendor training and certification programs
