Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 3–5 years of general building maintenance experience across carpentry, mechanical systems, painting, plumbing, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings and systems across multiple trades.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support boiler plant operations.
• Work independently with minimal direct oversight.
• Collaborate with Facilities Services to ensure safe, clean campus facilities.
