Qualifications

• One (1) year of general building maintenance experience in one or more of the following trade areas: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and/or welding.

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades.
• Perform surface preparation for painting, moving materials and equipment, and debris removal.
• Support campus operations and facilities maintenance under supervision.
