Job summary

MSH seeks a hands-on Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead a small team of 2–5 developers, engineers, and analysts responsible for core business systems. You will balance people leadership with operational delivery, partnering with business units and vendors, while driving improvements across the application landscape.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations to align priorities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SOC 2 Type II and ISO 14001 compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, supporting, or maintaining enterprise business applications.
• At least 1 year in a people manager or team lead role.
• Proven track record leading small teams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical ability; translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 2–5 person technical team; set goals and give feedback.
• Oversee daily operations; ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage workload distribution; allocate resources for config, enhancements, maintenance.
• Track metrics; report progress to senior leadership; identify process gaps.
