Job summary

MHI Talent Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to govern a SaaS-based portfolio including NetSuite, Shopify, NewStore, Zendesk, and related integrations. You will own platform roadmaps, drive process optimization across Finance, Purchasing, Retail, and eCommerce, and lead a team delivering reliable data and high user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering or supporting enterprise SaaS applications in a business environment.
• Experience governing a portfolio of apps and their integrations.
• Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise applications portfolio, including NetSuite, Shopify, NewStore, Zendesk, Avalara, VersaPay, and connected systems.
• Define and enforce administration, security, and change-management practices across SaaS platforms.
• Own platform roadmaps, backlog, and continuous-improvement initiatives to boost automation and cross-platform efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Purchasing, Retail, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize processes.
• Oversee integrations, data governance, and master data management across systems.
• Lead user adoption, training materials, and knowledge resources for platform stakeholders.
