Job summary

MSH is seeking a hands-on technology leader to own and grow its enterprise application landscape across operations-intensive environments. You will lead a talented team of developers and engineers, shaping application strategy and acting as a trusted partner to business leaders.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Information Technology. You will recruit, mentor, and grow a team, define long-term architecture, govern budgets, and manage vendor relationships, while ensuring SOC 2 Type II and ISO

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and supporting business applications in operations-intensive environments.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, selection, configuration, and upkeep of business applications that improve efficiency and give the business a competitive edge.
• Define a long-term application architecture that meets business needs and scales with the organization.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, bring in new research and technologies, and create reusable designs the team can build on.
• Spot risk areas in complex systems early and ensure smooth integration between connected platforms.
• Make sure the team delivers realistic estimates, sets priorities, and makes smart trade-offs as needs change.
• Champion fresh approaches that raise quality, productivity, and responsiveness.
