• Ability to manage scope, risk, and delivery while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Turn incomplete requirements into buildable project scopes and plan delivery.
• Coordinate sprints, assign work, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural standards and review completed work for quality and usability.
• Coach developers through technical reviews and enable growth through ownership.
• Manage routine product updates and coordinate deployments to minimize user impact.
