Job summary

Friedman’s Home Improvement is seeking a hands-on Applications Manager to own and improve the enterprise applications across our retail, supply chain, and digital operations. This working manager role combines technical depth, people leadership, and operational excellence.

You will lead a small team, drive upgrades and integrations (D365 F&O, Sana Cloud Commerce, BI platforms), and ensure high availability, security, and reliable performance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms.
• Proven leadership of a small, high-performing technical team while remaining hands-on.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise applications portfolio (D365 F&O, Sana Cloud Commerce, POS, BI).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across platforms.
• Lead upgrades, releases, and vendor-driven enhancements with change-management discipline.
• Act as hands-on technical leader for design, coding, and integrations (D365 F&O).
• Drive automation to reduce manual toil and improve efficiency.
