Confident Search Consultants is seeking Production Supervisors for an established bakery operation on-site in Rocky Mount, NC. The role oversees 15–25 production staff across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, delivering safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, uphold food safety and GMPs, and partner with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bakery or food manufacturing supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
