Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in maintenance-related fields.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and related systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance on HVAC units and other community assets.
• Address service requests, document work, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure quality control compliance.
• Assist with grounds/drainage repairs and engage with residents and management.
