Job summary

STIIIZY, INC. is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee multi-entity manufacturing and distribution accounting operations in a hands-on leadership role.

You will personally prepare reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries while guiding a team and supporting month-end/ year-end closes, financial statements, and data-driven decision support. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, internal control improvements, and automation through Odoo, Databricks/SQL, Excel/VBA, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience in multi-entity, manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Experience with audits, budgeting, and implementing accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned accounting areas across multiple entities, including AP/AR/inventory and GL functions.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Lead intercompany transactions, eliminations, and multi-entity consolidation support.
• Mentor and develop a team across locations, manage hiring and performance evaluations.
• Communicate financial results and insights to Controller and senior management.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Assist with redesigning reconciliation and reporting processes and automation.
