Job summary

Antylia Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports accounting operations across multiple manufacturing business units in a complex, multi-entity environment, delivering accurate financial reporting to management and private equity ownership.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, manufacturing accounting experience, and the ability to navigate multiple ERP systems while driving month-end close,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity and/or multi-location environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP systems and large transactional datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances from budget/forecast.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and company policies.
• Support external audits, lender reporting, and tax compliance.
• Prepare consolidated statements and management reporting across entities.
• Assist with acquisitions, integrations, and system migrations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting packages.
