Acloché LLC is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for its West Bend, WI area. This direct-hire role focuses on hand welding, finishing, and precision assembly of custom metal stampings and fixtures. The position offers full benefits, a strong team culture, and potential overtime.

The ideal candidate will have welding experience, good attendance, and US work authorization. Training is available for motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude, within a 45-minute commute of West Bend.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand welding, metal finishing, or shop fabrication preferred (training available for motivated applicants).
• Reliability and attendance are essential for on-site work.
• Ability to work within a 45-minute radius of West Bend, WI.
• US work authorization required (Citizen or Green Card).
• Basic reading of mechanical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hand weld and join custom stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Finish welds using grinders and deburring tools; prepare surfaces for final finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; keep a clean 5S shop.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and overtime opportunities.
