KLA Industries, Inc. in West Bend, WI is actively seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for 1st shift to perform hand welding, finishing, and precision prep on custom tool & die components.

This direct-hire role emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and reliability in a family-owned environment with ISO 9001:2015 certification. The ideal candidate will have welding/finishing background; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability are required.
• Willing to train candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
• US work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card) required.
• Must live within 45-minute commute of West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on custom stampings and fixtures.
• Finish welds with grinders and deburring tools; prepare surfaces for final finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures, positioning equipment, and hand tools.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production schedules and OT opportunities.
