Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding and shop fabrication preferred.
• Reliable daily attendance and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to train in new fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on stampings and fixtures.
• Finish welds using grinders and deburring tools; prepare surfaces.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain welding fixtures and keep a clean 5S workstation.
• Support production goals with overtime during peak volumes.
