Qualifications

• Experience in hand welding, metal grinding, deburring, or shop fabrication preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong safety and quality commitment.
• Willing to train candidates with mechanical aptitude.
• Must reside within a 45-minute daily commute of West Bend, WI.
• On-site, 100% on-site production role.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding to join custom stampings, dies and fixtures.
• Finish welds with grinders, sanders, and deburring tools.
• Inspect weld quality per ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures and 5S organization in the workspace.
• Support production goals and take overtime when needed.
