Role involves hand welding, grinding, and finishing of custom stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes. Training available; strong attendance required and on-site work only with attractive overtime potential and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and finishing experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset are essential.
• Ability to read basic drawings/blueprints is a plus.
• Must reside within a 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on metal stampings, dies, fixtures, and laser-cut assemblies.
• Finish welds with grinders, sanders, and deburring tools; prep surfaces for finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain welding fixtures and workstations; uphold 5S cleanliness.
• Support production goals with possible overtime during peak periods.
