Job summary

You will drive clinical sales calls, build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators, and develop strategic plans to expand the territory. This role requires 2–3+ years of medical device sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, sales, business or marketing discipline.
• Minimum 2–3+ successful sales experience; medical sales is a plus.
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital admin, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Sculpt strategic business plans to maximize market share and manage sales funnels.
• Craft long-lasting relationships with customers and provide clinical expertise in the surgical space.
• Educate surgeons and nurses on all GYN Surgical products in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, service, technology, and national accounts teams.
