Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Territory Manager for Austin South. The role focuses on growing the GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure endometrial ablation and MyoSure tissue removal systems, through effective engagement with surgeons, hospitals, and care teams.

You will develop strategic plans, forecast territories, and build strong clinical partnerships to expand market share while delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, Sales, business or marketing discipline.
• Minimum 2–3+ years of successful sales experience; medical sales experience is an advantage.
• Able to build meaningful business relationships, handle objections and negotiations eloquently.
• Top performer with awards such as Presidents Club or Circle of Excellence.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and a vehicle for work use.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales calls, build rapport, and develop presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospitals, payers, insurers, and others to achieve territory sales objectives.
• Sculpt the strategic business plan to maximize market share and manage sales funnels for accurate forecasts.
• Craft long-lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor to key decision makers.
• Provide clinical expertise in the surgical space and support physicians with technical in-surgery support.
• Educate surgeons and nurses on all GYN Surgical products within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with broader team including clinical, sales, service, technology and national accounts.
