Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in medical devices or equivalent
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships with key decision makers
• Proven skill in handling objections and negotiations with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Lead year-over-year growth for the GYN Surgical portfolio across your territory.
• Develop and manage sales funnels to forecast and track performance.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with physicians, nurses, and administrators as a trusted advisor.
• Provide clinical expertise and technical support in surgical settings.
• Educate surgeons and staff on NovaSure and MyoSure technologies.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, service, technology and national accounts teams.
