Hologic, Inc. in New Haven, CT is seeking a Surgical Clinical Account Manager to drive year-on-year growth for our GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure and MyoSure.

You will build strategic plans, manage sales funnels, and become a trusted adviser to physicians and healthcare professionals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–2+ years of sales experience, strong relationship-building, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.
• 1–2+ years of sales experience; medical sales experience is an advantage.
• Must have a valid driving license and a vehicle for work; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sculpt the strategic business plan to maximize market share and manage sales funnels.
• Craft long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers as a trusted advisor.
• Provide clinical expertise and support to physicians and clinicians in surgery.
• Educate surgeons and nurses on NovaSure and MyoSure technology.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, service, technology and national accounts teams.
