Job summary

PFHQ seeks a staff member to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience at a franchise location. The role involves front desk duties, member check-ins, tours, and supporting the Club Manager with staff and marketing efforts.

You will assist in training staff, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding company policies while contributing to a positive club image and member services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight making sure all staff provide great customer experience.
• Very involved in front desk related tasks: answering calls, taking info calls, member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, updating member accounts, gym tours.
• Assist to facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and training on current promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
