PFHQ is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience at a franchise location. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while ensuring the club opens on time and remains staffed throughout business hours.

Responsibilities include managing member services, coaching performance, maintaining a professional club image, and ensuring adherence to company policies while supporting both team members and members alike.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.

• Oversee front desk tasks and member interactions.
• Support club members and staff and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
