Job summary

PFHQ is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while supporting financial success. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk duties, and promote a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to company standards. You will also handle onboarding, scheduling, and inventory to keep the club running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a service or retail environment is required.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and scheduling systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a high quality guest experience.
• Lead front desk tasks: greet members, give tours, resolve inquiries.
• Support staff and club members and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach staff performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure gym opens/closes promptly and is staffed during hours.
• Ensure staff are trained on current promotions and policies.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
