Team Lead position at our gym is responsible for assisting in the oversight of daily operations to ensure a positive member experience. You will help train staff, manage front desk activities, and provide backup support to the Club Manager.

• Assist in managing member accounts and resolving service issues.
• Support Club Manager with team leadership and policy adherence.
• Help maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility and support marketing efforts.
